Queen guitarist Brian May, during an interview with BBC News, said that he loved being mentioned in the upcoming Lego Rock Band title and was genuinely excited about a “Rock Band: Queen.”
“Yes we’re into it, I think it may happen”, May said on the topic about the title.
I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again, and I’ll continue saying it until my lungs give out… We need a Rock Band Queen, FFS! There are too many amazing tracks by Queen for them to NOT get their own game. I know of a few people who would buy a copy if Harmonix released it.

This video has been circulating the internet and It’s one of those videos, that if you don’t watch it, you’re missing out on a LOT.
The video includes the following band, rocking out to Queen’s hit Bohemian Rhapsody…
- Atari 800XL was used for the lead piano/organ sound
- Texas Instruments TI-99/4a as lead guitar
- 8 Inch Floppy Disk as Bass
- 3.5 inch Harddrive as the gong
- HP ScanJet 3C was used for all vocals.
They did a great job. I’m interested in seeing more songs done by this rag-tag band of ancient electronics.
