fyeahfinland2Finland’s Ministry of Transport and Communications declared that starting next July, every citizen will be given 1mb/s broadband as a legal right. Their final goal? To have every Finn surfing on 100mb/s connection by the end of 2015.

Volkswagen changes the world… WITH FUN!

Volkswagen has started up a site with some very interesting theories. Fun theories, if I may. Would the world change for the better if everyday activities weren’t so dull? Would people be willing to change their unhealthy habits if it brought a smile to their face? Could you fix the planet with rainbows and butterfly farts?

Answer? Of course! (Maybe not the “butterfly fart” part though.)

Their set of “Fun Theory” videos take average, everyday tasks and alters them so people are more willing to do something they normally don’t do and have fun doing it, all while bettering themselves and the world around them. Good job, VW.

They also have a contest going on right now with a grand prize of €2,500 (approx. $3,711.93) to the person who submits the best Fun Theory video. Judging ends on November 15th, so start building your cars that run on common courtesy.
