Finland becomes one of the coolest countries

Finland’s Ministry of Transport and Communications declared that starting next July, every citizen will be given 1mb/s broadband as a legal right. Their final goal? To have every Finn surfing on 100mb/s connection by the end of 2015.
I’m curious to see which country is the next to hop on the internet bandwagon and get their citizens in the 21st century.
